Sometimes I just do not feel anything, it is usually when I am alone, but other times I feel relatively "good" emotions, like when I am on a call with my best friend.
I am also an incredibly imaginative person, and maybe it is just because of my autism, which everyone seems to deny.
Is this normal? Does this mean that I do not have alexthymia?
I do not know. I asked "Google" in many different ways, yet my efforts were fruitless.
For me, my ability to feel emotions seem to be all over the place. Sometimes I don't feel anything in many different situations, other times I feel some form of emotion in repeats of the same situations. I spend most of my time feeling things as physical sensations and cannot figure out what some of them are meant to feel like in a mental/emotional way but there's anger that I know I feel emotionally and physically most of the time so I think it does fluctuate. I did get really high when I took the test on this website so from that result I'm gonna say it can fluctuate between the amount you feel.
