Hi all, I am new and chronically ill with an undiagnosed fatigue. Does anyone else have ridiculous mental and physical fatigue with their Alexithymia?

Yes. Mine was diagnosed as being B12 deficiency or pernicious anaemia as it is also known. I also think depression may play a role
